So I tried another recipe from my most amazing cupcake recipe book ever.....(thanks, Martha!!). I popped over to my neighbors the other day, and she sent me home with an armful of rhubarb. Here are the results! Rhubarb cupcakes topped with whipped cream and vanilla infused rhubarb syrup. Yummy! I had enough to freeze, so I will be able to make these fantastic treats in the middle of winter....hip, hip, hooray!
