Sign of Life

Well, it's just been in the last few weeks that we (FINALLY) have some flowers blooming in my gardens.  I picked these lilacs and tulips last week, and enjoyed their amazing fragrance throughout the house.  Unfortunately, the lilacs lasted about 2 days, but the tulips have lasted for a good week.  Hooray for Spring!

These white lilacs are an accident....they were all supposed to be purple...oops!  Good thing I love white!

I LOVE these lilacs! They are called "Sensations".  Aren't they beautiful?!

Anyhow, hope you all are having a fantastic weekend.  I plan to spend the weekend in the sprinkler, while (of course) weeding the garden and mowing the lawn.  It's a good life.
